Growing up, Austin Noftz’s parents always told him “you can do anything you want”. Preparing for College he realized he wanted to become an artist.
He made a prolific amount of Art in college. For financial reasons, he took to the streets for a few years away from the studio. Lately, he has been considering his role as an Artist at this time of his life.
Recently overcoming hardships, he is dedicated now more than ever to his arts. Austin would love to make a name for himself in the Art world and use that popularity to share his thoughts and ideas with a large amount of people. He is passionate about creating a better quality of life for all.
Austin Noftz defines Art as oscillation with universal vibrations. He thinks that if we all did what we want and are productive the world would be a better place.
When asked why he wanted to participate in the Window Art Walk Gallery at The River he responded,
“Mental health is very important. I’ve done yoga, meditated, and enjoyed walks through the forest. We are all different people so our mental health might appear different from one to the other. It is important to be aware of your mental health.”
He believes in a holistic approach to health care and that there should be more choice involved in the mental health industry for people to choose the rout to wellness they want.”
Austin Noftz has chosen to display his work in a gallery which supports mental health awareness to gain exposure, establish his career, and maybe begin his influence of change in the industry
